  10. internet network.

  12. I'm also maintaining lists of internet providers in Africa, Asia, South/Central America, Western Europe, Central Europe and Russian Federation. If you have other information, please drop me a mail !

  15. as your reference. It will encourage providers to send me updated 
  16. information, which will improve the reliabilty of this list !

  131. About the file format
  132. ---------------------
  133. This file is formatted as setext for reading and browsing with EasyView.
  134. This format is fully readable (ASCII) with all text editors and wordprocessor,
  135. but setext format allows structured reading with dedicated software like EasyView (Mac)
  136.  
  137. Setext clients for the Macintosh/ Windows and (some flavours of)
  138. Unix may be found at: http://www.eff.org/pub/Net_info/Tools/Setext/
